 Amany is a Regional People Growth Partner, a passionate HR catalyst who believes that people are the core of every business’s success. Amany started her career in the HR field very early out of her passion, and despite her young age, she has solid experience in various HR functions with a core focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in Egypt & Middle East with a diversified experience in start-up, national & multinational corporates. Amany added to her expertise by gaining The Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Career Certificate in Human Resources Management & Certified Professional HR Partner from the American University in Cairo, in addition to being a certified professional Assessor by Riverwaves in collaboration with Job Master approved by the British Psychology Society. Currently, Amany is expanding her experience and Exposure by studying coaching & developing employee techniques.
